Summary
Because of the fast increase in the number of known quasars, we have
prepared an updated version of our catalogue of quasars and active nuclei
(Véron-Cetty & Véron, 1998)
which now contains 13214
quasars, 462 BL Lac objects and 4428 active galaxies (of which 1711 are
Seyfert 1).
Like the eighth edition, it includes
position and redshift as well as photometry (U, B, V) and 6 and 11 cm flux
densities when available. We also give a list of all known lensed and double quasars.
