If you want to take your meals at OHP (Jean-Perrin), you absolutly have to download the meal reservation form (http://www.obs-hp.fr/mission/meal_reservation_form.xlsx), fill it, and send it to:

ohp.restauration (AT) osupytheas.fr

This field must be filled like an email (written in French) addressed to the kitchen (write clear sentences). Explain the more clearly as possible your particular situation. Using your answers, and your remarks (filled here), the kitchen should clearly understand the meals that you will take and the meals that you will miss.

Please specify in french if you will miss some meals from your arrival (at which date you will not take a lunch, diner, etc.).
Example:
"Je ne mangerai pas le repas du soir le 08/01/2015"
"Je ne mangerai pas le repas du midi le 09/01/2015"
Other example: if you take only one lunch the day of your arrival (and no other lunches during your stay), tell it clearly here.

Specify also if you would like a "Panier repas" (picnic) at some dates instead of a lunch or diner. You can modify your orders 24h before a meal (ex: the day of your arrival, you can tell more accurately the meals that you will take). Note that you can take your breakfast at any time (it is placed in the refrigerator. Your name is marked on your breakfast). Here, you can also specify if you are vegetarian, etc.
